Alpaca Stable with Integrated Paddock
Our three alpacas – Florian, Rosalie, and Dumpfi – will be getting their very own stable in 2026 (located below the petting barn), complete with an integrated paddock. This will allow them to independently access the green space at any time of day.

New Enclosure for Our Bennett's Wallabies
In 2026, our Bennett's wallabies will move to a new enclosure located below the petting barn. The new space will be larger and flatter than their current habitat.

Renovation of Owl Aviaries
The old bird aviary, currently home to our peacocks and Cröllwitzer turkeys, is set to be expanded and transformed into a spacious owl aviary for our snowy owls and little owls. This project is planned for 2026/27.

Renovation of the Rabbit and Guinea Pig Stall
The old stall with individual boxes for our rabbits and guinea pigs will be renovated and expanded to include a large outdoor run with a grassy area. This project is planned for 2026/27.

Expansion of the Children's Playground and Water Play Station
Our children's playground, located next to the Branderhofstube inn, is set to be expanded soon. Plans include adding a water play station as well as additional play equipment. This project is scheduled for 2027/28.

Marmot Enclosure
A new marmot enclosure will be built in front of the yak habitat. The project is currently in the planning and development phase. More detailed information will follow.
